Signume exists because getting a verified logo and checkmark into the inbox is a lot of disconnected work (trademark registration, DNS records, DMARC enforcement, SVG logo conversion, and Certificate Authority procurement), and most teams don't have anyone who owns all of it end to end. We do that work for you, as a managed service, not a self-serve tool you have to configure yourself.

We think brand trust in the inbox should be table stakes, not a project only large enterprises can resource. Signume handles the trademark, DNS, authentication, and certificate work so any legitimate EU or UK brand can get there, without hiring for it.
A managed service, not a checker
Plenty of tools will tell you your DMARC record is missing. We're the team that actually gets it to enforcement, prepares your SVG logo to spec, guides your trademark application, and procures the VMC itself, then keeps monitoring and renewing it.
Where this does and doesn't help
Gmail shows both your logo and the blue checkmark, because it requires a VMC. Apple Mail, Yahoo, AOL, and Fastmail show your logo without a checkmark, and Microsoft/Outlook doesn't support BIMI at all yet. We'll assess your audience before you commit, so you know what to expect.
